Purchasing a home is one of the most important steps a person can take. For most the process can be difficult, overwhelming and very stressful. This is why it is so important to make sure you have a good team to guide you through the process. During my process I felt as if the Realtor was no longer working for me but was working for the owner of the property. I felt as if no one was fighting for me. Once I was in contact with Ms. Meredith the process changed for the better. Ms. Meredith was like a breath of fresh air. She was very professional, understanding and informative. I admit I didn’t have any knowledge of the process and the information needed. Ms. Meredith took her time to explain the entire process to me. She explained what was needed and gave me the tools needed to obtain all the documents that was needed for the process. Without her help I feel as though I would have given up on the entire process.
